I have no interest in collecting any personally identifiable information other than such information that you may choose to e-mail me using the features of my website. I have no sponsors, advertisers or any other kind of financial interests in the use of any such information. I have no need for credit card information or details since I do not sell anything.

This site is not directed at children under the age of 18 years. If you are under 18, please do not provide any personal information on this site or in e-mailing to me. Children should always get permission from their parents before sending any information about themselves (such as their names, e-mail addresses, and phone numbers) over the Internet, to me or to anyone else. I will not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to permit their details to be listed on this website.

You will not receive any e-mails from this site unless you explicitly choose to be sent one in response to an e-mail or telephone inquiry.

This site does not intentionally use browser cookies. I have no way of telling who has visited my site unless he or she voluntarily signs my “Guest Book.” I do not use a counter or statistics keeper of any kind.

However, this website may provide links to other websites whose privacy policies are not under my control. Once you leave this server (you can tell where you are by checking the URL in the location bar on your browser), use of any information you provide is governed by the privacy policy of the operator of the site you are visiting. If you voluntarily provide personal information to me, such as genealogical data on yourself or on a relative for inclusion in my database, I will make every effort to insure that your personal information and information on such other living persons is identified as “private” on my web site. Please be aware that my database does not always make private the names of all persons identified as living, or their relation to other individuals within my family trees. Again, other than names, I do not list the dates of birth of those still living or any other information on them so as to protect your and their privacy. All the information I receive from other family members about genealogy may be added to my site, listing such other family member as a contributor. I reserve the right NOT to list information or specific names or specific individuals on this web site. This reservation is at my sole discretion.

If your name does appear in this web site and you wish to be removed, please e-mail or telephone me immediately and I shall take every effort to promptly delete your name.

If anyone would want any information about another family member listed in my database, he or she can e-mail me directly and provide the reason why. I reserve the right to refuse any and all such requests.

While I will do my best to protect any personal information you send me, I cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to me by means of e-mail. Presently, my guest book is NOT accessible to anyone else. However, the means you use in the transmission of your Guest Book information to me is not necessarily secure. So don't leave your e-mail address if you have concerns in this regard.
